There’s something so wonderful and magical about music, isn’t there? It can make us smile, cry, or even laugh. It can bring back memories, connect two souls, and communicate emotions that words in and of themselves simply cannot express.

AJ Carter-Johnson is a college wrestler who works for a company called “College Hunks Hauling Junk.” He tugged the heartstrings of thousands when a video of his soulful performance of John Legend’s song, “Ordinary People” went viral.

AJ performed the song for a woman residing at an assisted living home where he was called to move furniture.

The elderly widow said the song he’d played beforehand, Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” was one of her favorite songs and asked AJ to sing more for her.

As AJ crooned, he took the lady to a pleasant place from her past, while also winning the hearts of everyone who saw the video online.

See it for yourself!
