These Two Young Girls Do the Unimaginable and Say Goodbye to Their Mom

Trisha Creekmore was in the last stages of her battle with cancer in 2012 when her daughters, Emma and Lily, presented poems to her to tell her what she meant to them. This video shows them reciting those poems as Trisha watches on. It’s a poignant reminder of the role family plays in dealing with grief and the profound effect cancer. The poems became their final goodbye as Trisha died on Oct. 18, 2012, just two days after the video was recorded.

Before taking a look at this touching and emotional tribute, remember you can do something to help today!
